Return the product
You can return your product or products that you order through our e-shop in, no more than 10 calendar days starting from the day of your purchase and after you have already contact us via email or a written notification. The cost for returning the product burdens the buyer.
Along with the product you must also, send us the details for the new product you want us to replace it with.
The products that you want to return must:
- Be in the same state, as the time of the purchase and their package must be intact.
- Not being used.
- Deliver us the products in 10 calendar days.
- Have already contact us via phone or email, for your intetion.
- The cases of D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) are treating differently because the dealership must be involved. In that case you must also contact us via phone or email, so we can give you the right solution to your problem.
If you return the product exclusively in our shop, then it must happen only with courier TACHYDEMA C.C.L LTD.
*If the product you bought delivered to you with free shipping, then you will be charged with the cost of the first shipping and the cost for returning the product.
Cansellation
Your order can be cancel at anytime since it hasn't been sent to us. The cansellation happens via phone or email. The amount of money returns to you with no extra charge. The money return happens via bank or credit card. In case your order has already been sent to us, then you must follow the steps from return the product.
