Rhino Rescue- Tourniquet with metal GAG

The Rhino Rescue Tourniquet ligation system temporarily occludes blood flow to extremities. The Tourniquet prevents massive blood loss in severe injuries during rescue operations and is designed for one-hand operation. The firm webbing with high tensile strength is processed with a stable toggle made of aluminum. 

The Rhino Rescue Tourniquet is a one-hand tourniquet system for tourniqueting or briefly interrupting blood flow in emergency situations, especially in tactical wound care. An individually adjustable velcro strap allows the tourniquet to be applied to all extremities.
The twist/wind system uses a freely movable internal band to stop the flow of arterial blood to an extremity. To fix the toggle in the U-shaped anchor clip, only one handle is needed, for transport the toggle is securely fixed by a Velcro fastener. The firm webbing with high tensile strength is processed with a stable toggle made of aluminum. The grippy surface of the toggle allows safe execution of the necessary turning movements, even with wet gloves. The safety Velcro fastener serves as a labeling field for documenting the time of tying.
